What advice would you give to someone who just graduated from a university in Alberta with a three yr post graduate work permit and the person wants PR

gain 1 year work experience and apply under CEC express entry, at the same time you can also apply for PNP as well, whichever you get first pursue that one.

Check for your NOC code in CEC, job is important, check all province for desired job in Ab,BC,MB,ON,SK. Move wherever you get permanent job, that's important.
 
Yes, i believe that the province one choose to live in is crucial. As a recent graduate PGWP holders really have to be smart. I am thinking the best province to go is SK, MB and BC. My plan is to apply for PNP International Graduate category in Alberta, if I don't get as much as an acknowledgement letter by 6 months, I am gone. I am moving to BC, MB or SK

don't waste time in Alberta ! trust me.. BC and SK is better choose !
