hi evryone i want to know that what will be status of those applicants who send their applications in may,2010 i want to tell u that my application reached NS on 6th may2010 and my NOC is 4131 how new changes will effect these kind of applications.

one thing i will like to mention that i send my application with out IELTS wether it will effect the initial assesment.

What if I send my file before 26th June but they didn't recieve it yet ?!!!

If it is received after 26th June, even if mailed before that date, it will be treated as per new rules.
