I called and they gave me my file number but they said they received it June 14 2019 but it was send dec20 2018.I don’t know if that’s for updates we did or something

you sent it in December and have not heard anything yet. no AOR? I would call again

that's am awful long delay and im so sorry your going through this. My advice is theres really nothing you can do. They have it and have started processing. Can you prove that they received it in their mail room earlier like from shipment tracking? I don't really know what else you can do.
