WES_secondary verification of documents

Hello everyone,

Since, WES (world education services) is claiming that due to increase ed incidence of fraud, WES is conducting secondary verification of documents.

In this scenario, they are sending the documents (transcripts and certificates) again to respective universities for verification by both electronically and postal mail. In this process WES expecting the response from universities within 7 weeks. However, if any university fails to share the response in stipulated time then WES will send the documents again for verification.

My concern is : I got an email from WES claming that they have send the documents to university but when I checked with the responsible person in the university, he showed me that university has not received any kind of email from WES.
I have been running for this issue from past 1 month.
As I am already running out of time, can anybody suggest me what should I do in this case .

I have been passed through the same and found that we can do nothing until the university received an email from WES.
In my case, firstly WES had not accepted my documents by stating that these documents were not sent directly by the university itself. Therefore, those documents were sent again, and this time WES status was updated that they have sent an email to my institution for secondary verification on 01-Nov-2019. After one week when I have contacted my university's examination department, I found that they have not received an email yet. At that time I thought there might be some error due to that my university yet to receive that request, hence I wrote my concern to WES, but they keep replaying the same thing that they have been waiting for the institution's response. After that, I keep contacting both my university and WES, but got no result until 27-DEC-2019, exactly 7 weeks after the first verification request. On that day when I contacted my university, they replied that they have received verification requests from WES twice on the same day, and the response will be sent within 2 days. After confirming with my university on 30-DEC-2019 I have written to WES, and been waiting for a status update at WES account. Unfortunately, this time WES replied that they have not received any response from my university yet. That is why I have contacted my university again, and they forward reply to WES second time on 10-JAN-2020. Finally, on 16-JAN-2020 WES admitted that they have received a response from my university and changed my application status to "in Progress". Since that day I have been waiting for a report from WES, and I hope it will be received soon.

In my case, secondary verification took two months to be accepted by WES. My application timeline is as bellow.
18-Sep-2019 - I have submitted an application.
05-Oct-2019 - Documents were not accepted, because WES thought it was not sent directly by the university itself.
01-Nov-2019 - Documents were received again but sent for secondary verification, and status was changed to "hold". However, the university has not received that request until 26-DEC-2019
26-Dec-2019 - After seven weeks passed, WES has sent another request to the university.
16-Jan-2020 - WES has received a response from the university, and status changed to "in progress" from "Hold".

Four months passed, and I am still waiting for the final report from WES.........................................

I hope you got what you want, and understand there is only one thing we can do is keep contacting both WES and university.
