I have applied for WES evaluation and have made payment.
While sending documents,do we have to send the "Academics Record Request Form".
If so,how can we download the form with our reference number printed by default on the form.

Yes, you do need to send WES forum along with the documents. You can write down the reference number on your own at forum. Email me at prince_chef2000@yahoo.com I will email you WES forum. If you need any more assistance regarding WES, feel free to ask. Mine evaluation is currently in process.

Thanks a lot for replying to the post.

And one more query - We are supposed to write our reference number on every document.
I wrote the reference number on top right on every document with Black ink pen
Is that fine.
I'm about to submit the documents for the evaluation.
