WES- Website Issue

Hi guys, I created a WES profile for myself around 6 months back,later I decided to go with a consultant to complete my application.They changed my login id of wes and password. I stopped their services as it wasn't very fruitful and decided to do things own my own.

My CRS is 435, but I am not getting anywhere with that score.Recently I just completed a diploma in management. Now I want to do WES to assess my diploma,but my Ex-consultant is not giving back my login details.how do I login to my account and get back my password ?

As I already have a WES reference number,I cannot create another account as it would result in rejection due to multiple accounts.

What should I do?

Is it mentioned anywhere? Rejection for multiple accounts in WES? If so is the case, then one can never apply, if they lose their username and password.
