WES verification "on hold"

Hello Peers,

I have an issue with my WES transcript verification..
Status says "ON HOLD"
I called my university to ask if they have received the verification request from WES, However they say they haven't received it.. it's been a week now.. they still say they haven't received it..

I really don't know to which Email ID WES has sent the verification request.. I even sent an Email to WES and provided the correct Email id of my University to which they can send the request.. However there is no response from WES.. should I directly call them?
