WES transcript for diploma holder

Hi

Can any guide me to apply a transcript sent to WES for the certification.I have completed higher secondary(plus 2) + 2 years diploma.

For WES evaluation is required to submit only diploma certificate or twelth mark transcript too.

How to get statement of marks in anna university.
