Thank you, very kind of you to write such an elaborate reply. Will try to get the English translation from the University itself to make sure nothing is missed, else will do it from authorized service. Main thing is the weeks lost i suppose. I read somewhere that fax may be used where only copies are required (such as the diploma certificate and translation copy), so sent a question to wes about that as well. If that will be an option, it will save us 2 weeks at least.

You can Fax your certificates to wes using the fax number on their contact us page. Use an online fax service such as hellofax and don't forget to include your reference number on the cover page.

Hi everyone. WES kept their promise and we have are able to download a soft copy of an evaluation report. Luckily, both the Bachelors and Masters were accepted, so we'll be able to claim those points for immigration. Good luck to you all in this journey.
