WES status changed to On Hold. Awaiting document verification. How to proceed with this?

Hello guys. My Wes status has changed to On Hold. Awaiting verification from institution. What to do in this case. Do I need to approach the institution to verify documents?

This means, WES has sent a communication to your university and awaiting verification of your educational credentials. Once your university confirms, they will issue ECA.

You can check with your university if they received and ask them to respond asap. It takes 1-2 months sometimes.

ECA status still on hold. Awaiting verification even though university has replied to the email.
