Yes it does. Atleast it did in my case and that of my spouse.

Yes it does. It means your documents have been accepted. And now, begins the evaluation process. Typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks.

You should call them and find out why. Normally after receive of documents, max 2 days it changes to evaluation in progress.

Yes it took 2 weeks for mine to change to "evaluation in progress". Apparently there 20 business days thing only starts once the "evaluation" has begun. This is 5th business day for me in that phase and still not done.

You need you IELTS score and WES evaluation before you create your EE profile!

The same thing happened with in my case. My status changed from Review in progress to Evaluation in progress after approximately 2 weeks. The total time span between my documents being received and my ECA report getting completed was 1.5 months.

You need to enter the reference number of your completed ECA report in the EE profile. You cannot proceed further without that. Hence, you can only submit the EE profile after you have the WES report

Yes it totally is. It took around 50 days for me recently.
