WES Report received today

Hi

I have received WES report online today. Should i wait for paper report or can i go ahead and submit my profile?

Another question i have is, 8th draw cut off was 453 and my points are 477. If i submit my profile today when can i expect to receive ITA? Do i need to wait until next draw or they can send ITA with current score as well?

The next draw. As long as the points for the draw are 477 or lower (which they should be).
