I have done B.Com then M.Com and then CA , when i carried out my assessment through WES they evaluated it as an double bachelors degree.
So is it possible that now i withdraw my CA and create my EOI on the Basis of M.Com as my highest degree.

can you clarify? if your masters got evaluated as a bachelor, then you'll have points for two or more diplomas

my m.com has been considered as an bachelors degree four years and ca as bachelors degree three years

Overall 2 bachelor degree of three years (B.Com and C.A.) and bachelor degree of four years (M.Com)

so as my m.com is not considered as an masters degree ,i was thinking of creating and EOI on the basis of masters only so that i can claim the experience i had while pursuing my C.A. as after C.A i have only 1 year of experience so if i add few more years i can get some extra points

If your CA was part time, you can still claim experience for that time, else you can remove that.
Why do you keep on saying EOI? Which province you are sending an EOI??
