WES report for EE profile

Hey, I submitted my Express Entry profile and I came across this post that someone's application got refused because the WES report did not have a header that was addressed to the IRCC. Has anyone else heard of this happening?

Yes your WES evaluation should be for the purpose of immigration.

I had my WES report done before coming to Canada for my bachelor's degree and I used the same for my Express Entry, any chances you think the application might get refused?

Depends on the WES report and the validity.
If it is course-course (usually done for Academics) it might not be accepted.
