WES Refund issue for the Duplicate Copy

I had got a refund of only 7$ from WES.

Should I send a mail to OINP for the additional amount.

I didnt even get this much. How did u go about it? I did send send them a request for refund thru WES website but i havent recd any response from them as yet.

OINP has nothing to do with the refund. You need to contact WES for the refund amount.

Hi! I am in a similar situation. I still haven't received the refund. But I've read that it takes them 3-4 weeks to refund. However, my friend received his refund in 4 days. There's no set pattern

I received my refund in 1 day. The refund was in two parts CAD 7.91 and CAD 33.90, so you are eligible to receive a total of CAD 41.81 refunded. You can try writing to them here http://www.wes.org/ca/support/

I got their response and confirmation of additional refund after 3 days

I did recieve an acknowledgement mail from wes after writing to them but didnt get any response thereafter....what sould i do?

Its been 3-4 days.

I waited for 3 weeks and contacted them by website and they refunded 41CAD on same day but didnt refund it for my wife. I contacted again after 2 days and refunded the amount on same day. Nowadays they return the amount only after you contact them it looks like.

If you do not hear from them by Monday, I would suggest that you write to them again. People who follow up tend to receive the refund.

Yes, I wrote to them as soon I as placed the order for the report, I got the refund within 24 hours. It is better to contact WES as soon as the order is placed.
