I wanted to send my documents to WES for ECA.

Can somebody let me know the process?

Do we need to send attested photocopies? If I am applying online, how will i submit my certificates in person?

You need to send documents from your end and at the same time the institution has to sent the documents including the transcript on ur behalf and you have to pay the fee. first create an account in this link and it will give direction
