if i apply for WES, how much time it will take? And secondly everything will be done by WES or i have to go to my college to request for email reply to wes?

Depends upon your Uni sending your certificates to WES.
The process is to make an online account on WES website. Complete it, pay fees and a form will be generated in your account to request transcript and completion certificate to send to WES for your Uni, print that, take it to your Uni, ask them further instructions, pay them fees and wait for them to send them to WES in a sealed envelope. The moment WES receive them, they will update you that the process has started and the time it will take.
