WES procedure

hi all...
guys..need yr guidance..
am an Indian dentist,planning to apply through express entry this year 2015..
For ECA,I followed WES website..They had given two options,either
1)the university directly send the attested documents to WES..OR
2)I get the attested documents from university in a SEALED ENVELOPE,get it back to me and thn send it directly to WES, by me(ofcourse I will have to make an online application in WES website and get the reference number)..friends ,I chose the second option.I wish to kno,if this procedure will do.I already have the attested crtfctes in sealed envelope,with me.in this ,I did not use or take the document submission form.what I understood frm the website is,this form is used when university directly send it to WES.
my university is MGR university.
why I got confused is,we could talk to a lawyer and she says,university has to send the docs directly to WES.
could anyone give guidance..It would b of great help...

The Form is optional. Just make sure your write your WES reference number on the envelope along with your name when you send it to WES. I did not include mine and they had no objections with it.
