For PhD, you do not need to upload any transcript. You just have to send the Phd degree conferral in the envelope and upload your phd degree online on the wes portal. Check WES requirement for Phd.

And if your university has partnered with WES, they can send your conferral form electronically to WES.

Does that mean you get evaluated Ph.D.by sending only a "Ph.D. Degree" and a "Confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral" to WES?

Have you got the WES "Educational Credential Assessment for Citizenship and Immigration Canada" for your Ph.D. degree with the only above-mentioned documents?

In our university there is no grading for doctoral degree, thus no marksheet. So what should Speed Test I do while they are asking for marksheet of the PhD degree?

I am stuck because my french university has sent the all documents related to my PhD, but in the document review part WES says it has not received the required documents. So University says it has sent everything and WES says it has not received the ones required.

Would really appreciate if someone could guide me.

Can you tell me how you managed your case as I am in the same dilema.
PhD University of Poitiers - France.
No transcript.
Only diploma and "Proces verbal de soutenance de these".
All submitted.
Paid WES, paid a third party recommended by WES ("Qualification Check"), only to receive a generic reply few hours later that I still need to submit a transcript.
Finally found elsewhere that "All PhD WES Applicants who do not have transcript are required to download the WES Conferral Form". Still this so called "WES Conferral Form" was the file “Academic Records Request Form” on their platform. When I downloaded it, I was shocked to realise that it was "Formulaire de demande de relevé de notes" they were asking again.
Will really appreciate your feedback.
