WES mistake , please advise.

Dear WES wrote in my ECA report,
Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
while it is that i stamped the envelope and sent it by myself ... so does it make any difference ? shall i contact them regard it or make any amendments ?

Wes is right,transcripts must be sent directly by institution not by yourself .if it is written by yourself ,Wes report may be invalid so don't do anything .cheers
