i have recently submitted the transcripts for my Masters degree to WES. During the creation of the application on the WES portal, I had included my bachelors degree. However as per the instructions on the Canada immigration portal, it seems that ECA is only needed for the highest degree. I had asked WES provide the ECA for my highest degree which is Masters and for which I have submitted the transcripts. I am unable to get the transcripts for my 4 year Bachelors in Engineering because I do not have the consolidated marksheet, I have applied for a duplicate but it is taking more than 2 months. Is there anyway I can get WES to provide me the ECA just for the masters or is there any other agency that will provide the ECA for the masters like IQAS? Thank you for looking into the concern.
