Is anyone facing login issue on Wes account through website? I am able to view my profile on Wes mobile app but website login fails stating username or password incorrect.

My ECA was completed on 31st dec 2020 but i haven't received pdf report on email nor I am able to login on website to download the report. Status can only be seen on mobile app.

Please assist if someone has faced similar concern
 
After how manu days you got the report.. mine is due on 1st march but some people get it early
 
Glad to help, I actually did my evaluation back in 2016 don't remember how long it took, and I wanted to log in again to change it for educational application.
 
I tried to log into my account after paying the WES fees, however, I am unable to log into my account. I get a message stating "Unexpected Error". I tried to log in via the mobile app as well, but the same issue occurs. Anyone in the same boat as me or does anyone have any explanation or workaround for this?
