Hello guys,

A question for my friend

He has got an ITA in November, but at that time he created an application using ECA from WES USA , then he recognized it will not be accepted, so he issued a new one using WES-Canada. his question is:

Should he proceed and accept the ITA and upload the new WES-Canada assessment with an issuing date AFTER the ita, bearing in mind he started his application with a WES-USA assessment, or should he decline the ITA and wait for next rounds??! each assessment has a different reference number!,!!

His CRS score is 474

Tricky situation.

Two options depending on what your CRS is.

Option 1:
1. If your CRS is high (>470~480) then take a chance and decline ITA, as you may have a fair chance of getting another ITA in the near future. This is better than taking a rick of IRCC rejection at a later stage.

Option 2:
If CRS is not very high/competitive...take the risk of accepting the ITA and take the LoE path in detail and explain what you did and why. Once you submitted the eAPR you can raise the CSE anytime to ask for clarification etc.

Decline ita. Ielts,education and experience are three core factor of your crs you can't take liberty in those section.

Seriously. I truly don't understand how people are going to survive in a new country with this kind of attitude. Everything has to be chewed over for them. I mean Google is not banned in you country (unless you are in China), right?

I understand some stuff may need explaining, particularly when someone is in a panic, but recently someone posted a topic asking for CIC's phone number. I mean, it would have taken them longer to register here and ask/wait for a response than just to google 3 words. Ugh.

Lets be kind to people, everyone isn't as entrepreneurial or tech. savvy as many of us. Sometimes people even panic at their situation.

@ Dedicated..... well, I tried to be polite with the guy who helped me, because when I googled his suggestion, it showed that I can use this form for the following:

You may use this form if:
You have submitted an application or profile.
Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times.
You wish to report important changes, such as a change in contact information, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment, withdrawal of application, refund request, or urgent requests. If you are reporting a change in contact information, it will take 5 business days for it to be updated. During this time you should continue to monitor your old contact information.
You wish to add, change or cancel a representative and you are ready to upload your Use of Representative Form (IMM5476) or you authorize IRCC to release information from your case file and you are ready to upload your Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM5475).
You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
proof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).
You wish to report a technical issue with IRCC online services. Please select 'Technical Difficulty' as your application/enquiry type and ensure you provide:
type of application (work permit, study permit or visitor record, etc) in the 'Your enquiry' field;
approximate date that the application was submitted, if applicable, in the 'Your enquiry' field.
complete address (including the postal code) in the 'Your enquiry' field. If the residential address is different from the mailing address, please provide both addresses;
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number, if you have one;
online application reference number, if you have one;
telephone number. If you have more than one contact number, please provide them all;
screenshot(s), if possible.

which is not my case at all,,,, but I wanted to say that in a polite way.

anyway,,, thanks for your innovative suggestion,,,, without you I would have never known GOOGLE

Thanks for other people for their real help and support,,,, each answer or comment reflects a lot about your family, attitude, and your manners :)

You asked what a CSE was. I gave you the link. It is exactly what you need. It's essentially emailing them about something to do with your application: You wish to report important changes, such as a change in contact information, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment, withdrawal of application, refund request, or urgent requests.

It you have not yet sent off the application, decline the ITA and wait for another with all the correct information, then there is no need to send a CSE. However, after you submit your application and you DO need to send a CSE, now you know what it is, thanks to the people on this forum.

@ Kryt0n

Thank you, really appreciated

but I read about it and some posts mentioned that these changes should not be related to ECA or IELTS issues.

anyway, still around 20 days left for the submission deadline, but if the CRS score is 473, do you suggest withdrawing the application and wait for another opportunity, or should I take the risk of rejection???

It's not related to IELTS or ECA in a sense of applying for them separately from EE, for instance if you didn't like your IELTS score. It is for when you submit your application and something changes or you see a huge error.

As the score is 473, I would decline the ITA and wait for a new one ensuring all the correct information is there. If not the next draw then one or two after, you'll get another ITA.

Also @Dedicated wasn't aiming the google complaint at you. It was a general comment that we see A LOT of people here ask questions that could be asked and answered on google much faster and often gives the impression the OP is just lazy. This isn't always the case.
