Hi, please explain to me, what is mean "Bachelor's degree (four years) and one and one-half years of graduate study" 51.4 credits.

SUMMARY
Total Undergraduate Semester credits: 350 credits
Total Graduate Semester credits: 51.4 credits

Can I assume that this is a full masters degree? (for Express Entry).

No, this isn't a masters. It's a bachelors.

but what about credits? Canadian masters degree standards is a 24 credits (course based program).. my is a 51.4 ..
