I intend to apply at the end of this month if I don't get an ITA, because I would have had an ITA last Friday if I did it initially.
It gives you 10 CRS points but you need to know how much of an effect it will have on your score before you attempt it.
It's a lot of money for 10 points, so many people are not doing it.
