Hi,

Can we get WES done for an incomplete degree? My husband has not cleared one exam in the third year of his graduation. Is there a possibility that he gets equivalency to 1 or 2 year diploma from WES?

Incomplete degrees will not be assessed by WES.

Thanks for sharing the information :)

I have done B.com and have work experience of 3 years as Assistant Marketing Manager+ Manager Marketing. But I am confused regarding which NOC to select. Should I apply for NOC 1123 or 0124 ?

Go with the NOC which has the closest match with regard to the actual duties and responsibilities handled by you.

I have a bachelor and 2 years towards master's but didn't get the master's. Stopped it 10 years ago.

Wes evaluated both, the second as two years 0f graduate study. In the summary I did not get any recognition. I sent them a message to add as "Study toward a master's degree" so I get more points. Will let you know.

Hi did they agree to give you "Study toward a master's degree" or any other recognition for your incomplete Masters? Please get back to me.

Update on this. A generic reply was sent today that they will review and re-assess my credentials. Fingers crossed for adding "Study towards Master's". Will keep you posted.

Hello,

I am currently studying for a master's degree and WES assessed my credentials with a Bachelor, plus the following:

Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: Philippines
Credential: Academic Transcript
Year: 2015
Awarded by: Ateneo de Manila University
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Business Administration
Canadian Equivalency: One and one-half years of graduate study

I am thinking if I can claim it as 2 or more degrees as it will give me enough points for the next draw. Any seniors who can advise? Thanks

You cannot unless it is mentioned in the summary. That's what I am trying to do.

for 2 or more degrees you need bachelors + 1 and half yr diploma. i dont think you can take 2 or more. This means they have considered your study giving you Bachelors. U at least need Diploma). consider 120 points for education or it might be a problem later on.
