Yes, it is possible. You can edit your address if your report is not yet Delivered. Even if it is delivered, You can order an additional report and send it to your brother in Canada.

This is a very better idea if you are waiting only for your IELTS Result. You can send all the documents to your brother and ask him to put the WES report in place once he receives it and send the package to CIC. This saves around 5 to 7 days for you.

my status shows( evaluation report being prepared for delivery ) and already i cant change anything neither add a recipient as the( modification ) options disappeared ,

could you please tell me what to do as even my address i cant add phone number to it so the courier would call me ???

I think you can edit the contact number. I did the same even after my status changed the same way as yours. I edited in the Personal Info or Contact Information Section.

If your choose International Express Shipping then you will get a tracking number and you mention the Tracking Number to your courier company and collect it yourself, so nothing to worry.

Only more solution is that you can pay extra and order a duplicate report and give the correct details this time.
 
My status changed to Completed yesterday but there is no tracking number shown yet. How long do they take to update the tracking number? I chose the International Express option.

actually , i just double checked i only can change the contact information BUT the reciepient information cant be changed at alll .

i add the phone number in my contact , so i hope they will add later??!!!

could anybody tell me how long it take them to ship after the status changes to ( report being prepared for deliver) ???

what should i expect next ? is it shipping right away or the status will change again ??

The ECA by WES is completed today and as per website they sent it via International Express but the tracking number is not showing in the record. Does it take time to update tracking number ? Kindly share your experience in this regard.
 
WES just updated the tracking number for me. They also changed the sent date from 22/5 to 23/5.

It will take one day to change to Completed. You will get the tracking number after a day later when it is shipped.
 
ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND THE STATUS IS ( REPORT BEING PREPARED FOR DELIVEREY) !!!!

I HOPE THEY WILL CHANGE TODAY BEFORE THE WEEKEND :(
 
How long does it usually take for WES to dispatch the report via courier? is it the day following the estimated date of completion?

if u already received an email from them that it was completed, then give around 2 to 3 days for u to receive it. :)

is it ( reporte is being prepared for delivery )


or ( completed )



i didnt get a status of complete till now !!!!! is this weired or normal ? because i assumed that the status( report is being prepared for delivery ) is the final status ???

The final status will be 'completed'. Your status might change on Monday. If not then better call them.
 
could any body whom completed the WES certification please tell us what is the normal sequence of status

for me it was


1 waiting for documents

2 delivered

3 accepted - review in progress

4 report is being prepared for delivery ( 4 days until now )
