or it mean they just didnt update and remove the x?

Well when this x cross appears they tend to forget the application. You need to call them and wake them up and tell them about your problem
Remember the operator is only from Mon to Fri 9am to 2pm
 
Received e-mail from WES saying my documents were received: MAY 19th - Says all documents have been accepted.
Estimated Completion Date: MAY 28th
 
hi , somthing weird happened with me , my status shift from (review) 2 days ago to accepted/review , now only ( evaluation report being prepared for delivery )

but they dont give me any estimation of report being finalized? is this normal?

does this mean i will recieve soon?

I am a bsc nurse. While sending my BSC documents to wes, is it necessary to send my 10th class certificates & 12 th Class certificates

Yes, i think it's normal. It took them 3 days to update my status.
Here is my timeline
All docs. received on May 9.
Finished and sent on May 21 by International express. No tracking number...lol
I just feel that it will arrive next day morning.
 
Hi All,

I am new here. Good to be here:) Wes received my docs on May 12th and the completion date is May 28th
 
I thought they were actually taking a LOT longer to validate diplomas and degrees... from what you guys are sharing it's not taking THAAAAT long...

An immigration consultant from my country said it took around 6 weeks for a client of hers to get their report back from WES in March... that was scary!

DEAR FRIEND , COULD YOU TELL ME WHICH COMPANY THEY SENT WITH ? I DIDNT ADD MY PHONE NUMBER AND NOW AFTER THE REPORT STATUS IS ( READY TO BE DELIVERED ) I CANT ADD THE NUMBER !!!

Has anyone been able to reach WES by mail or phone and gotten response?

My evaluation has been on hold since May 7 as the status shows they are expecting verification from my institution. My instittion is yet to receive any correspondence from them and the clock is ticking.....

I would appreciate suggestions on how to get WES to resend the verification request.

What kind of verification do they do with the academic institution?
My academic transcripts and grades was sent directly from my university in an envelope sealed by them. Does WES still need to contact my university and get info from them?! Holy crap...

When I log into WES's online system it says all my documents have been delivered and accepted according to what they need... hopefully things won't go wrong.

In my case, they used UPS. I just got the tracking number after UPS picking up the items.
 
hi all,

my wes a/c shows evaluation in progress since the last eight days or more and expected report time is MAy 13,2014

today is May 22,2014 and still the same status despite repeated emails plz advise wat 2 do?

i mailed them repeatedly but nothing happens i ve also called them the CSR said i will forward yr query ugh wes is mess
 
It took them 1-2 days to change from "evaluation report being prepared for delivery" to "Completed". Once the status says completed they will give you the tracking number if it is a courier.

My report was completed on May 14th and sent on May 15th and I received it on May 19th. I got it shipped through international express option.
 
Is it possible to include different shipping address for WES report?
My brother is in Canada, so is there any option by which they cn send my report to my brother instead of my current address?
