As you all know from 1st Dec, WES changed their policy for evaluating indian transcripts, Indian universities need to send Sealed envelope directly to WES ( no 3rd party interaction is allowed strictly).
I basically has 2 degree and 1 certificate.
1. Bachelor of Engineering from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla university, RAIPUR (C.G.) India.
Graduated in 2005
2. Masters in IT management and Entrepreneurship from Illonois Institute of Technology, Chicago US, Graduated in 2010.
3. Certificate in Project Management from University of Washington, Seattle, expected to get in March 2019.
As I am based in Seattle and not possible for me to travel to Raipur C.G. India in near future and request them to send my verified transcripts to WES directly. And even if I go there I don't think it's a 1 week job. Not sure about the time they take to send to WES directly.
Question:- Can i just request universities at Chicago and Seattle to send to WES directly.
Ignore the Indian bachelors degree verification.
My thought is in CRS Score calculation also based on Masters degree.
Please suggest.
