WES Evaluation for express entry.

I am BE 2002 pass out from Mumbai university (MU). In my case the sem 2, 7, 8 mark sheet are issued by MU, other mark sheet (sem 1, 3, 4, 5, 6) issued by my engg college.

The WES states
B.Eng.
Mark sheets for year 2 and 3 of your study program (semesters 3-6) may be issued and attested by the college you attended. Mark sheets representing year 1 and 4 of your study must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai.


So in my case i cannot have sem 1 (first part of year 1) mark sheet issued by MU. When i called them to clarify this point, the customer service kept insisting that year 1 mark sheet should also be issue by MU.

I am planning to get all the 8 mark sheet + degree certificate attested by MU, and send it to them. Will this be issue, Any one with similar express please provide your thoughts.

Take photocopies of all your marksheets and take them to churchgate next to Sydenham college along with the originals and get them attested by the registrar or controller of examinations. take your own envelope and write the WES reference number and address on it. tell them to stamp and sign the back flap and they will tell you to stick it yourself.

How many attested copy i need to mail to WES? (i think its 1 set of copy but wanted to confirm)
