WES evaluation for 3years Diploma + 3years BTECH

Hi All,

I have 3 years of BE Diploma followed by BTECH degree (3Years).
My Question -

1. Do I need to provide transcripts for BTECH university only or Diploma Transcripts are also required to make it complete?
2. If I provide BTECH and DIPLOMA transcripts - will those be considered two different degrees ?

Please help to decide.
