For His B.Com, Canadian Equivalency is Bachelors Degree of Three Years.
For MBA, Canadian Equivalency is Masters Degree of Two Years from an unrecognized institute.

The final equivalency is being shown as Bachelors Degree of Three years.

How should he proceed with respect to his application in terms of education.
