Please confirm the email id used by WES to send the email for verification of educational credentials to institute.

I had sent my transcripts to WES , but WES has further sent an email to my institute to get further clarification. I want to know the email used by WES for sending this email so that I can help my college authorities to locate the WES email.

That is a confidential information and they won't tell you this. You can try and ask your fellow admin and maybe they can tell you on what email do they receive confirmations.

But there must be some standard email id from which WES might be mailing to institutes. Knowing the same will help the institute administration to locate the email.

Let your institute work on it themselves. You really can not do anything about it. Better ask your university/institute to follow the process mentioned in that email.

You'd have to check with the university admin department. Follow up with the university, there's no real way other than this.
