I have a WES ECA that was sent to my on January 28, 2015. I never opened the letter since I assume CIC will want it sealed in case I get an ITA.
However, when I check the electronic PDF version on the WES website, it shows the date as March 19, 2015.
How can that be? Which of the dates should I use for my EE application?
