WES ECA hard copy paper report

Hi guys,
Do I need the hard copy paper report from WES ECA? (The one that is delivered to my home)
Or the online soft copy is just enough? Throughout the entire PR process. or any PNP

In which stage do I need the hard copy?
Could you please clarify.
AFAIK CIC has direct acces to my wes report online.
Moreover NBPNP requiers you to request WES to send your report directly from WES to them.

Anyhow, How long does standard post take to get my hard copy report?
