WES ECA- Academic records and passport have different format of first and last name

My academic records from JNTU university in hyderabad have the last name mentioned only with the Initial. But my passport has full name given. Would there be any issues in my application? Also in few records my last name initial is mentioned after the first name and few records have it before.

Please suggest
