WES documents attestation

Along with transcript, the all marksheet and degree of all academic documents to be send.. if yes, then self attestation is enough.. i also access credential evaluation of my spouse academic, ..is this mandatory to create different account.
As per wes, every document which is to be send have containing wes reference number. But the transcipt has sealed so can v write reference number on all academic documents..

WES Reference number should be written on envelope containing your transcripts.

Hi,

I am planning to go for my WES. I am in canada right now for 3 years and working on the basis of work permit. So, I have my transcripts, certificates in one envelop which was attested by my university Exam controller. I did it 3 years before coming here in canada.

So, for WES, Can i send this copy(envelop which was attested before) by myself or I need to send it from my own country in present (Registrar Office of my university ) ??
