WES document proceedure changed??

Hi,
I am just about to send my documents to WES then I come to know from their website that candidates could not send transcripts directly to them. It should be from University only.
I am in dilemma what to do?? I have my bachelor's transcripts with me. I have not generated my Wes ref.no.yet.
Further, I am waiting for my masters transcripts from University also. So that I could send them together to Wes for evaluation.
What to do now?? PL suggest

You have to get WES Reference number and then ask your universities to send the transcripts directly to WES along with WES form. There is no other option you have if you want to got with WES only. The new documentation rules are applicable to all those applicants who created their WES account and got the WES Reference number generated on/after December 01, 2018.

You don't have to go with WES. There are many other ones.
IQAS allows you to send transcripts in sealed envelope.

You have to get WES Reference number and then ask your universities to send the transcripts directly to WES along with WES form. There is no other option you have if you want to got with WES only. The new documentation rules are applicable to all those applicants who created their WES account and got the WES Reference number generated on/after December 01, 2018.

No you can't. You need to have obtained the WES reference number before 01st December 2018 to send the transcripts directly to them.

As you paid and created the reference number after December 01, 2018, so technically you have applied after December 01,2018. So new rules apply to you as per my understanding.
