Hi, I had a very quick question for the people who have go their ECA completed or are aware of a similar situation as mine. Appreciate your guidance on this.
The WES office responded to me last night. Kindly see the excerpt of the email below:

Reason: WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES.
Instructions: Please ask your academic institution to send your mark sheetsdirectly to WES in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official.

The envelope I sent had the following documents attested by the Mumbai University:
- statement of marks (year 1 to year 3);
- copy of college transcripts (year 1 to year 3);
- original college transcripts received in a sealed envelope from Hinduja college (I had put this in the same envelope of the Mumbai University)
I am guessing this was the reason they did not accept it. Should I only send the statement of marks (for years 1 to 3) attested by MU and exclude the college transcripts completely? I know the statement of marks and degree certificate should have been sufficient, however I might have got confused and sent my Transcripts as well.
It would be very helpful if you could kindly advise whenever you have a minute.
PS : **I also included an accompanying letter mentioning the content of the documents in the envelope I sent to WES. Should I avoid doing it this time?**
