WES CANADA and IQAS not Evaluating from my University.. What to do?

Need Advise !!!
WES canada refused to evaluate from my university, refunded fees and on IQAS website, university is 'Not-Recognised' What should I do? I Hold 4 years full time engineering Degree.
Which other body can evaluate and how can be ensured before applying?

Try the other two. If WES and IQAS do not recognize your school then most likely the others will not either.
