WES Bachelors or Masters

Folks,

Glad to be part of this group. I'm a prospective applicant for Canadian PR.
I'm planning to apply for WES. I have my Bachelors in Engineering from India and Masters in Supply Chain Management from Singapore (NTU).

My question is whether it is sufficient to apply only Masters degree with WES or should we also include Bachelors degree.

Please advise. Thanks.
