WES - assessment

I have sent my Higher education documents to WES attested and sealed by HEC.

I have to send secondary documents but confused by this statement given on WES website
"To be sent directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Edcuation."

Can i sent them by myself after getting them verified and sealed in envelope??? I am not sure if they would have the facility to send them to Canada or would send them in time etc....

Yes you can send them. If your FSc is from Federal Board, just tell them to do WES attestation and they'd paste a sticker on top of envelope. For other boards don't know but make sure to ask the board guy about any process for WES attestion. If they've a special stamp or sticker, they'll tell you. If not proceed with normal process. Collect all docs including HEC and board and put them in a big envelope. ALways write your REFERNCE number. Thats primary. You can then send it to Toronto office.
