WES assessment

Hi all,
I am planning to send my Bachelor and Master certificates to WES for assessment. Does anybody have experience to help me find out that I can send my documents personally or it has to be send by my university? I am studying abroad now and don't have access to my universities to ask them send them.

You can either send them personally(BUT they have to be in a sealed envelope from the university) or you can contact your university and ask them to send the required documents directly to WES(ofcourse you may have to send an application and pay the fee to your university)
