Hi Seniors,

I am new to the forums but have searched around to find answer to my question, but in vain.
I have created an account in (htt ps://ww w.wes.org/) <=additional spaces included as links are not allowed to be posted.
I have sent OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT through my college in the United States.

Now, my question is, how do i know if WES received my application?

I have included the required ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM (wes.(delete space)org/ca/required/International_Transcript_Request.pdf) in the OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT sent from college to WES.

Hi

Have u paid their fees? Your account status will reflect the fact that your documents have reached, but the fees must be paid first.

EDIT: I made the payment now. I had just sent the documents before making any payment.

My issue is that:
I had sent the documents 1 month prior to making the payment. (I only made the payment last week.)
Since I made the payment afterwards, will WES be able to verify my application based on my name that was sent a month ago (which should have been received by now).

Or it is recommended to send the documents again?
Now, I see that the status says, waiting to receive the documents.

I got confirmation that they received the application.

Yes, that's right... they will send you confirmation.

I had to call them to look for my application which was not on file.

Why? What happened to your file?

You can track your application package through your courier's tracking system. That's the only way we can track if they receive or not. :)

Since I had sent in the documents without knowing I had to pay first, they didn't take heed of my documents. And by the time I had paid, my documents was already piled up in uncategorized section.
Anyways long story short, I had to call in to make sure they got it once I paid and they we able to find my documents and placed it in right file.

Just inform them what had happened. That's the best thing to do.

No, I am not.
