WES Academic Request Form

Hi All,

Is it mandatory to sent WES academic request form along with transcript to WES. My college has given transcript without it. Can't I just send the transcript (sealed envelope)and xerox of degree in envelope to them?

You only need to send transcripts and xerox of degree. No need to send any academic request form.
