Weird thing happened

Hello I want to know that after marriage got my ppr and passport submission while I was waiting to get it back automatically another application was made in my cic account for PR. A week later I had my file approved and got my stamped passport.

Now i have a option to continue or delete application in next 50 days just like a my EE application

Can someone tell me what’s going on
