Weird FSW timeline

Hello Immigration masters,

I have some questions regarding my FSW - Category 2 (Arranged employment) process. I would be delighted if you guys could provide me any lead about what is going on.

I've applied back in March and I have received my AOR by e-mail in May. At this time, my e-CAS was saying "We received your application for permanent residence on April X, 2012".

I haven't heard about my process until yesterday when my e-CAS was updated saying "We started processing your application on July XX, 2012."

What should I expected now? I haven't received either my 2nd AOR or any other letter regarding the application arrival in my VO (btw...my Visa Office is São Paulo). Should I expect my Medical Request next?

My NOC is 2175 - Web Developer if this information helps.

pls share your timeline ..there is no specifc timeline for each category..all depends on visa office..

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, I'm not able to change my avatar/signature in this forum, however, that's my timeline:

Visa Office Sao Paulo, FWS2, NOC 2175.

AEO Received - Feb/2012
IELTS sent along with application (band 7)
App. Filled - Apr/2012
1st AOR - May/2012 (I wonder my file was transferred to my VO at this point...)
and now "We started processing your application on July XX, 2012."

My question isnt specific about the process timelines I guess, but more about the processing workflow. It seems there isnt a standardised framework/workflow for these applications. Some people receive 1st AOR thru email, other thru regular mail, some people receive 2nd AOR, on the other hand some applicant receive MR right way...which is quite confusing in the end.

I'm just hoping to receive MR next.

Furthermore, it is hard finding information about Sao Paulo applicants in this forum. At least I guess/hope it isnt a busy VO in terms of PR applications...
