Weird change in ECAS

There's a strange change in the my ECAS Status for PR Card Renewal.
Upto a few days back, the ECAS status was showing:

"We received you application on Jan___2015
We began processing your application on Mar___2015
IN PROCESS"

But, for the last day or two, there's nothing on the ECAS. All it says is:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided........"

Anybody seen anything like this happen, please share. What could possibly have happened?

This isn't uncommon but make sure you are entering your info correctly. Some think they are when they aren't.
