Hello, did you understand this from the checklist?

" ...please upload a separate document providing a brief description of context of each photo privately, label your photos accordingly..."

The 20 pictures of wedding, engagement, and outings should be attached individually or in a single Word document. Can I put them all?

thank you so much

I put all of the 20 photos in one Word, starting with each photo with a brief description and date underneath. Once done, I then converted the file to PDF. No issue and I got my PR.

I see it's been a while since this was discussed, but I wanted to ask—has anyone submitted mostly candid photos instead of posed ones? My wedding was very small, so we don’t have a lot of traditional staged pictures, but we do have plenty of natural moments captured. Do you think that would be fine, or should I try to get some more formal shots? Would love to hear how others handled this!

Whatever you prefer.

I sent formal and candid ones with brief explanation underneath

We sent 10–12 wedding pictures showing different moments—ceremony, family, friends, and some casual ones too. I also added a short caption to each explaining who was in the photo.

We created a document with 20 different photos from multiple locations (we travel a lot), only 2 of them were from the wedding. Under each one we wrote a picture number, date and location. Then, on a separate file we wrote a detailed description of each one: what's going on there, some context behind the photo, and also links to specific Instagram posts and reels shot at the same location around the same time (we're active on social media).

The hardest part was to select just 20 pictures out of hundreds lol

Honestly it just means they want the photos and then a separate doc with little notes about what each one is. I put mine into one Word file so it stayed organized, then added a simple list under it. Super basic. For our wedding stuff I’d already used wedtrove so collecting everything was easy since everyone had shared their pics in one place.
