Webform response time.. Please help

is anyone know how many days it will take to get responses from ircc webform currently?
I want to update important documents to study permit file.

My work permit visa application stuck for a long time with same status and I wrote a webform to let them know that I already have visitor visa, I had worked in Canada in 2019 to facilitate my application procedure. Do you think they really read and do their best if they see any way to do it?

I used weform to correct dob of my mom in visitor visa application .this was corrected in 3 weeks.

Where did it got updated in the pr application file as i wrote my child name wrong in my file i raised web form today will it get updated on it ??

El 17 de julio mi agencia la que me lleva el proceso utilizo el webform dado que llevo 15 semanas esperando respuesta de mi visa de trabajo y hoy 7 de agosto nk hay respuesta alguien sabe a que se debe tanta demora?
